Project Color Corps is proud to announce that our application for non-profit tax-exempt status for the state of California has been approved. Our application for federal 501(c)3 non-profit status is pending, and we expect approval shortly. Approval of non-profit status is retroactive to the date(s) of application; therefore, all donations received in 2012 will be fully tax deductible as we applied for non-profit status in 2011.
